1. Responsible for customer contact and management, timely and effective handling of customers' daily business work;
2. Responsible for all process work from order taking, order placing, follow up, shipment to receipt;
3. Customer relationship maintenance, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote customer secondary development;
4. Analyze and grasp the market dynamics, to provide the superiors with the most cutting-edge effective market information, to help the company reach business cooperation;
5. Understand the import and export business process, familiar with all aspects of foreign trade import and export business.
1. College degree or above, English level 6 or above, international trade, English major is preferred;
2. 1-3 years of work experience, familiar with foreign trade processes, good English listening, reading and writing skills;
3. Have good communication, coordination and implementation skills, practical work, serious, responsive, strong sense of responsibility.
